Returns, Damaged or Defective Items, Missing Or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives with a damaged or with an incorrect item, please email us with a picture of the issue within 72 hours of delivery confirmation as provided via the courier company. We will be unable to provide refunds without a picture or return. Please include your order number and shipping information that was on your order.
We cannot accept returns of used polishes. Please contact us if you have any questions about your order or the product. When contacting us, please include your order number and date the order was placed.
Out Of Stock, Back Ordered, Or Discontinued Items
Though we try to keep all items in stock at all times, and keep accurate stock on discontinued items, mistakes do happen. If we are unable to fill part of your order we will contact you via email or phone within 5-7 business days. If there is no response, we will refund you for any item we will not be able to ship within stated shipping times. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
