Please remember that colours can appear different on different computer screens.  We do our best to ensure pictures are a match to the real thing but colours tend to vary depending on monitors.  Please roll or shake the polish bottle extremely well before use. Some settling is normal, as is some separation of colour over time; all polish should be shaken frequently to prevent this. Polishes with a large amount of glitter may appear thick, this is normal. 

Do not use near open flame. Keep away from heat, sparks or flame. Do not use while smoking. Keep away from small children. Polish is NOT for internal consumption. Please use in well ventilated areas. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. 

 

All our nail polish ingredients are tested for 6 to 8 months before we use in polish, many longer.  We guarantee all our polish and products for 24 months to the original buyer (check the bottom of the bottle for expiration date). If a product is found to be defective (fading, morphing, curling, extreme sinking, etc) within 24 months of purchase, we will provide credit points upon return of the product. We are unable to offer returns for products beyond that period. Please see individual notes in listings for any known issues.

 

Out Of Stock, Back Ordered, Or Discontinued Items

Though we try to keep all items in stock at all times, and keep accurate stock on discontinued items, mistakes do happen.  If we are unable to fill part of your order we will contact you via email or phone within 3 business days.  If there is no response, we will refund you for any item we will not be able to ship within stated shipping times.  We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

Returns, Damaged or Defective Items, Missing Or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives with a damaged or with an incorrect item, please email us with a picture of the issue within 72 hours of delivery confirmation as provided via the courier company.  We will be unable to provide refunds without a picture or return. Please include your order number and shipping information that was on your order.

 

We cannot accept returns of used polishes. Please contact us if you have any questions about your order or the product. When contacting us, please include your order number and date the order was placed.
